Nobody pays us to show you anything.
No ads, no affiliate links, no commission when you book. TripSheet makes money exactly one way — you pay for it. So here's the whole price list, and a free tier that isn't a trial.

Same features either way. One trip, or all of them?
This trip
Pro stays on for this trip permanently — even if you never pay again. No subscription.
An unlock applies to one specific trip, so you choose it first. Nothing is charged until you do.
Every trip
Plus trip duplication, and every trip stays fully editable forever. About $4/month.
Prices in USD. Cancel Annual anytime — no prorated charges, no lock-in.
You do the deciding. TripSheet does the organizing.
Log a booking once and it files itself — into your itinerary, your map, your budget, and your checklist. “One trip” applies to each trip you unlock; “Every trip” applies to all of them while you're subscribed.

Questions
What's the difference between $25 and $49?
The trip features are identical. $25 turns Pro on for one trip and it stays on permanently — even if you never pay again. $49/year turns Pro on for every trip while you're subscribed, adds trip duplication, and keeps every trip editable forever. One trip, or all of them.
What are auto-fill lookups?
When you add a booking, start typing a name and TripSheet suggests matching places. Select one and we fill in the address, website, and coordinates automatically. Free includes 10 lookups per trip. Pro is unlimited.
If I pay $25 and later subscribe, do I lose anything?
No. The $25 trip keeps its Pro features permanently, independent of any subscription — subscribe, cancel, it doesn't matter. And subscribing re-opens every trip you own for editing, including ones that already became read-only records.
Can I edit a trip after it ends?
For a week after your end date, yes — wrap up the budget, fix the record, finish your notes. After that, the itinerary (dates, cities, and bookings) becomes a read-only record of the trip. Budget, checklist, and notes stay editable forever, on every trip. Annual keeps every trip fully editable, forever.
Can I cancel Annual anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. Your Pro features stay active through the end of your billing period. No prorated charges, no lock-in.
What happens to my trips if I cancel Annual?
Everything stays. Current and upcoming trips keep full editing — free features never expire and there's no trip limit. Pro features switch off at the end of your paid period, except on trips you've paid $25 for: those keep Pro forever. Trips that ended more than a week ago become read-only records, same as on Free.
